5 key steps

There are 5 key steps that can help move you foward from being 'life stuck', and provide you with a strong, positive foundation for building relationships both personally and professionally.

  1. SELF – Realizing your innate way of being, your natural or core tendencies. One can not move forward productively unless they have a better understanding of 'self'.
  2. ESTEEM – Having a self esteem is necessary for us to function well. To have a GREAT self esteem can help one move from good to great performance.
  3. LIFE – What comes to mind when you read, think or say the words "my life"? Does your life have more positive experiences or negative ones? Are you 'life happy' or are you feeling 'life less'?
  4. FULFILLMENT – Do you feel fulfilled? Can you define the difference between what success and fulfillment mean for you?
  5. MOTIVATION – What motivates you?  What inspires you? Is there a difference? Do you inspire motivation in others?  Would you like to?

You will feel better about yourself, about your life, and be able to move forward appropriately and productively just by better defining what these five terms mean for you?
